Dear partners, colleagues, leaders, and friends who care about and support the development of Pengsheng:

    As seasons change, a new chapter unfolds. At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we embrace the dawn of the 2026 New Year with heartfelt gratitude and hope. On behalf of Asia Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group, I extend the most sincere New Year wishes to all partners and colleagues working across the country and on the front lines overseas! I also express my deepest gratitude and highest respect to government leaders at all levels, industry regulatory authorities, and friends from all walks of life who have long cared for and supported Pengsheng’s development!

    Looking back, 2025 was a milestone year in Pengsheng’s development history — a year of forging ahead with determination and harvesting rich achievements. Over the past year, we stood boldly at the forefront of the tide of the times and seized opportunities amid industry transformation. Every achievement is inseparable from the careful guidance and support of industry regulatory authorities, and embodies the wisdom and hard work of all Pengsheng partners and colleagues.

    This year, driven by the collective efforts of all colleagues, the Pengsheng International Union was formally established. At the group’s 20th anniversary celebration, we joined hands with representatives from alliance member firms in over 10 countries and regions overseas to complete the launch ceremony, marking a new stage for the group’s “domestic + overseas” dual-circulation service network. This leap not only builds a broad platform for exchange and cooperation with international peers, but also extends Pengsheng’s professional service capabilities to more corners of the world, laying a solid foundation for providing clients with cross-border fiscal, tax and legal services. At the same time, we were successfully recognized as a Headquarters Enterprise by the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission. This honor represents high recognition from government authorities of the group’s comprehensive strength, industry contributions, and development potential, and brings us brand-new development opportunities. Leveraging the headquarters enterprise qualification, we launched a cross-industry cooperation with China Merchants Bank, introducing the “Asia Pacific Pengsheng Co-branded Card,” enabling two-way empowerment of “fiscal and tax services + financial services” and creating added value for partners and clients.

    This year, through the unremitting efforts of all Pengsheng people, the firm was ranked among the top 30 in the national rankings released by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants for the first time. Behind this achievement lies our commitment to professional quality, our attentive response to client needs, and our years of accumulated efforts in the fiscal and taxation field. To date, the accounting firm has established 70 branch offices nationwide, with 140 partner teams, over 640 CPAs, and nearly 5,000 employees across the country. At the same time, it has set up over 30 branches and alliance member firms in more than 20 countries overseas. The tax firm has established over 120 subsidiaries and branches nationwide, with 774 registered tax agents and more than 3,000 employees. The group brings together nearly 10,000 high-quality professional management service personnel in auditing, taxation, legal affairs, appraisal, and more.These achievements did not come by chance — they are inseparable from the strong support from all sides. We are grateful for the care and support from regulatory authorities at all levels. It is precisely a favorable business environment and policy support that have allowed Pengsheng to advance steadily on its path of development. Even more, we must thank the partners and all colleagues who have walked shoulder to shoulder with Pengsheng! You are Pengsheng’s most valuable asset and the core driving force behind its growth. You have watered the harvest with your sweat, forged ahead with steadfast action, and overcome difficulties with your wisdom. It is precisely because of your trust and perseverance in “walking side by side” that “Asia Pacific Pengsheng” has grown from a name into a warm and powerful professional community. Here, I extend my highest respect to every striving member of Pengsheng!

    Standing at the new starting point of 2026, we are full of hope and expectation. The new year is a crucial one for Pengsheng to “open a new chapter and embark on a new journey.” We will take the recognition as a Headquarters Enterprise as an opportunity to further deepen the layout of our domestic service network, and improve service quality and efficiency. With the Pengsheng International Union as a foundation, we will actively expand international business, learn advanced international experience, cultivate versatile international talent, and address the opportunities and challenges of international development. We will continue to uphold the core values of “integrity as the foundation, quality as the priority,” take professionalism as our soul and talent as our bedrock, and strive to achieve higher breakthroughs in the industry’s development.

    A new year, a new journey, new hope. The road ahead may have wind and rain, but as long as all of us Pengsheng people are united in heart and move forward hand in hand, there will be no difficulty that cannot be overcome, and no goal that cannot be achieved.
