Having been deeply involved in the capital market for many years, Yang Buxiang and Fan Guosheng have always been committed to integrating professional practical experience with diverse thinking, providing multi‑dimensional references for enterprises to connect with capital markets. Their earlier co‑edited works, "Winning the NEEQ" and "Winning the IPO", have become important reference materials for SMEs' listing and IPO processes, thanks to their solid practical analysis and classic case reviews, and have been well received by the industry. This new work takes a unique approach by drawing management wisdom from the Chinese classic "Tao Te Ching" and exploring its intrinsic connections with corporate IPO listings, offering a fresh Chinese perspective on capital market practice. Structured around the core ideas of the "Tao Te Ching", the book interprets the inspiration that traditional wisdom offers to the entire IPO process from multiple dimensions, including reverence for rules, selflessness and altruism, long‑termism, and flexible management, covering key aspects such as business philosophy, team management, compliance development, and capital planning. By combining the operational principles of the "Tao" with the practical requirements of IPO listings, the book explains how enterprises can, in their journey towards listing, grasp development laws with Chinese wisdom, uphold their core business values, and resolve growth challenges, thus enabling traditional Chinese culture to become a soft power for enterprises entering the capital market.

All team members have deep expertise in finance, taxation, and capital market services, and are well versed in the practical pain points and development needs of corporate IPOs. In their creation, they have achieved an organic integration of traditional wisdom with modern business management and capital rules, grounding classical theories in IPO practice, making the work both thought‑provoking and practical.

In the current era of high‑quality development of the capital market, listing not only requires professional practical capabilities but also sound business philosophies and development perspectives. The publication of this book offers new directions of thought for business operators, capital market practitioners, and finance and tax professionals, bringing traditional Chinese wisdom to life in the modern capital market and helping enterprises to innovate while adhering to core principles, and to progress steadily and surely on the IPO path. The book has now completed the publication process and will soon be available on Dangdang.com, bringing readers a fresh perspective on the integration of traditional wisdom and capital market practice.
