On December 29, 2025, the inaugural meeting of the Provisional Party Branch Committee of Pengxiang Real Estate Land and Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. was held at Tongxin Building, Futian District, Shenzhen. Li Wei, President of the Shenzhen Appraisal Association, Cheng Pei, Deputy Director of the Industry Party Building Department, Zhu Zuguo, General Manager of Pengxiang Appraisal, Wang Shumei, Quality Control Director, Party member representatives Wang Wenyu, Li Qunfeng, Liang Zhongqing, and employee representatives jointly witnessed this important moment.

The meeting strictly followed the Party Constitution and relevant regulations on the election of primary‑level Party organizations, commencing with the solemn national anthem. At the meeting, Wang Shumei, head of the Party branch preparatory group, gave a detailed report on the preparatory work, covering the verification of Party member status, formulation of the meeting plan, and standardisation of the election procedures, comprehensively explaining the progress and outcomes of the preparatory efforts. Subsequently, Cheng Pei, Deputy Director of the Party Building Department of the industry Party committee, read out the superior Party committee's approval document for the establishment of the provisional Party branch of Pengxiang Appraisal, clarifying the legitimacy and necessity of the branch. In the election session for the branch secretary, a secret ballot was conducted in strict accordance with the principles of democracy, fairness, and impartiality. After on‑site vote counting and supervision, Comrade Wang Shumei was unanimously elected as the first secretary of the Provisional Party Branch of Pengxiang Appraisal. After her election, Comrade Wang Shumei made a statement, expressing that she would remain true to her original aspiration and mission, effectively fulfil her duties as branch secretary, solidly advance all branch work, lead the enterprise's high‑quality development through Party building, and live up to the trust and expectations of the superior Party committee, company leaders, and all Party members. Li Wei, President of the Shenzhen Appraisal Association, extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the provisional Party branch and Comrade Wang Shumei's election. She emphasised that the establishment of the provisional Party branch is an important milestone in the enterprise's Party building work and a vivid practice of the deep integration of industry Party building and business development. For subsequent work, President Li Wei specifically put forward the requirement of the "Dual Cultivation Project" — that is, to cultivate business backbones into Party members and Party members into business backbones, fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members, gather talent through Party building, stimulate enterprise vitality, and drive the asset appraisal industry to achieve new breakthroughs in standardised development.
