In this competition, Group partner Lu Xiaojun, as a supervising instructor, was deeply involved in the preparation work of the participating teams from the School of Economics of Wuhan Business University. During the preparation period, the university and the enterprise worked closely together. With the practical empowerment from the Group, the participating students not only consolidated their professional hard skills in taxation and finance, but also honed their comprehensive soft skills such as systematic thinking, communication, collaboration, and resilience. At the final competition site, representatives from Asia Pacific Pengsheng went to the Hangzhou division to join forces with the participating teams, fully demonstrating the powerful synergy of collaborative university‑enterprise talent cultivation.
