On November 16, 2025, Ning Liwei, Party Secretary of Shaoyang University, and his delegation visited Asia Pacific Pengsheng Tax & Finance Group for research and discussion. Chairman Yang Buxiang and the management team warmly received the visitors. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as talent cultivation, industry-academia-research integration, and complementary university-enterprise resources, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. 

During the discussion, Chairman Yang Buxiang extended a warm welcome to Secretary Ning Liwei and his delegation, giving a detailed introduction to the Group's development history, business layout, and industry practice achievements, while expressing the Group's willingness to engage in deep university-enterprise cooperation. Secretary Ning Liwei presented the disciplinary development, talent cultivation features, and industry-academia-research cooperation foundation of Shaoyang University, emphasising that the university is always committed to cultivating "practical and retainable" talents for enterprises, and hopes to build internship and employment bases, co‑develop specialised courses, and jointly conduct project research through cooperation with the Pengsheng Group, so as to precisely align educational resources with corporate needs.

Both sides agreed that university-enterprise cooperation is an important pathway to achieving complementary resources and win‑win development. Going forward, they will focus on targeted talent training, internship and practice platform building, and joint industry research projects, accelerating the implementation of cooperation so that university research and teaching outcomes can better drive enterprise development, while providing students with broader practical opportunities and employment channels.
