Three Experts from Our Firm Were Selected into the Shenzhen "Star-Shining Pengcheng" Public Service Team of Listing Experts

On November 18, 2022, the inauguration ceremony of the Shenzhen "Star Shines Pengcheng" Listed Company Public Service Expert Team was held at the Shenzhen International Innovation Center. This event was organized in accordance with the spirit of the "Implementation Opinions of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on Accelerating the Cultivation and Growth of Market Entities," and was hosted by the Shenzhen SME Service Bureau, the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Among the first batch of listed company public service expert teams announced at the event, our firm's Director Yang Buxiang, Teacher Chen Haiqiang, and Teacher Ran Jun were all selected. Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency was the only tax firm to make the list.

    The expert team is a public welfare team initiated by the Municipal SME Service Bureau, co‑established with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and entrusted to the Shenzhen Listed Companies Association for operational management. It provides services such as training and publicity, enterprise research, data analysis, and “consultation” for the city's enterprise listing cultivation work. The list of experts was compiled through open selection from the fields of securities, accounting, law, asset appraisal, venture capital, as well as financial institutions and research institutes, based on the relevant business areas involved in enterprise listing. More than 50 professionals with strong compliance awareness, high professional standards, good service orientation, and excellent market reputation were selected to form the public service expert team, to answer questions for companies preparing to go public.
