In the golden autumn of October, Shenzhen shone brightly. From October 26 to 28, 2025, the Asia Pacific Pengsheng Tax & Finance Group 2025 National Partners' Meeting and 20th Anniversary Celebration, themed "New Horizons, New Journey," was grandly held at the Shenzhen Yinhu Conference Centre. This event was not only a milestone commemorating the Group's 20 years rooted in Shenzhen, but also carried a special "return to the original aspiration" – in October 2015, the Group's first national partners' meeting was held at the same venue, and a decade later, partners from across the country once again gathered in Shenzhen, returning to the starting point to embark on a new journey. As a landmark event for the Group's 20 years in Shenzhen, the meeting also invited leaders from the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau, the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Shenzhen Registered Tax Agents Association, the Shenzhen Listed Companies Association, and other supervisory authorities, as well as nearly 270 partners and guests from branches nationwide. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the Group's 20‑year development, systematically outlined future plans, and set the course for high‑quality development in the next two decades.

On the morning of October 26, founding partner Zhu Yiping delivered a welcome address, stating that Pengsheng was born in Shenzhen, a land of reform and opening‑up, and has grown step by step from a single audit practice into a full‑chain service ecosystem covering "audit, tax, valuation, cost engineering, and legal services," evolving into a comprehensive, globally‑connected finance and tax group. Behind this achievement lies the supervisory guidance of the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau, the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Shenzhen Registered Tax Agents Association over the past two decades, as well as the unwavering trust and companionship of every partner.

Lian Songcan, Vice President of the Shenzhen Registered Tax Agents Association, delivered a speech, first thanking Asia Pacific Pengsheng for its contributions to the Shenzhen Tax Association. He noted that Asia Pacific Pengsheng's 20‑year growth is a microcosm of Shenzhen's high‑quality development in tax‑related services. With Qianhai at its core, Shenzhen is building a global high‑end tax and finance service hub, and he expressed the hope that Asia Pacific Pengsheng would continue to operate in compliance, strive for excellence, and innovate to set industry benchmarks.

Sun Hongjun, Secretary‑General of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, on behalf of President Zhang Sufen, extended warm congratulations to Asia Pacific Pengsheng on its 20th anniversary and elaborated on the core values of the CPA profession. Secretary Sun spoke highly of Pengsheng's contributions to the industry. In light of both opportunities and challenges, he shared three core principles with the partners present, all closely aligned with the development of the CPA profession: first, "integrity as the foundation, quality as the priority"; second, "talent as the base, professionalism as the soul"; and third, "brand as the core, internationalisation as the direction."

Group Chairman Yang Buxiang delivered a keynote address titled "New Horizons, New Journey," summarising the Group's 20‑year development with the phrase "humble beginnings." He emphasised, "There is no success in isolation, only win‑win through walking side by side. It is the careful guidance of the industry authorities and the trust, dedication, and companionship of every partner that have turned 'Asia Pacific Pengsheng' from a name into a warm and powerful professional community."

Li Yan, head of the Shanxi Zhongzhi branch, as a representative of newly established branches, and Yang Liang, head of the Jiangxi branch, as a representative of new partners, each delivered speeches. They introduced the development status and achievements of their respective branches, while also expressing their aspirations for the Group's future and their commitment to growing together with the Group.
