"Host an expo, vitalise a city." From October 25 to 26, 2025, the Shenzhen Legal Services Expo (2025) was successfully held at Hall 5, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). As an annual flagship event in Shenzhen's legal service sector, this Legal Expo focused on the core theme of "Safeguarding technological and industrial innovation through legal service innovation," bringing together service institutions and industry experts from the legal, tax, and financial fields, and building an important platform for professional exchange and resource alignment. As the only accounting firm participating in this Legal Expo, Pengsheng presented its full range of professional service segments together with the Group.

During the expo, Zhang Sufen, President of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Sun Hongjun, Secretary‑General, visited the Pengsheng booth to learn in detail about the firm's exhibition content, business layout, and service achievements. After listening to Pengsheng's presentation, President Zhang Sufen affirmed Pengsheng's accomplishments and encouraged the firm to continue leveraging its strengths as a "Shenzhen‑based headquarters institution," deepen the "domestic + overseas" dual‑circulation service network, and provide more precise tax and financial support for enterprises' compliance development and cross‑border operations.

Participation in this Legal Expo gave Pengsheng a clearer view of the market demand for integrated "finance‑tax + legal" services, and reinforced its direction of deepening professional capabilities and expanding collaborative partnerships. Going forward, Pengsheng will focus its efforts on three fronts: first, further advancing the "100‑1000‑10 Plan" to accelerate branch expansion and CPA team building, and improve the national service network; second, strengthening cross‑border service capabilities through the Pengsheng International Alliance to provide professional tax, financial, and legal support for more enterprises "going global" and "bringing in"; and third, deepening cooperation with legal service institutions, exploring the establishment of a "finance‑tax + legal" collaborative service mechanism, and offering integrated solutions for scenarios such as corporate IPOs, cross‑border M&A, and routine compliance.

Looking ahead, Pengsheng will continue to leverage its professional finance and tax services as a fulcrum, deeply integrate with the legal service sector, and contribute to building a law‑based business environment and promoting high‑quality urban development in Shenzhen.
