On July 8, 2025, Li Wei, President of the Shenzhen Appraisal Association, Lu Yan, Secretary‑General, Director Zhuo Haibin, and Huang Shaoli from the industry Party committee, visited Pengxiang Real Estate Land and Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. for research and discussion. Yang Buxiang, Chairman of Asia Pacific Pengsheng Tax & Finance Group, Zhu Zuguo, head of Pengxiang, Wang Shumei, quality control director, Wang Wenyu, Party member, and Zhao Yaqi, assistant to the chairman, attended the discussion.

Its accounting, tax, and appraisal firms are all Shenzhen‑based headquarters institutions.

Subsequently, Zhu Zuguo, head of Pengxiang Appraisal, introduced the firm's development history, business scope, and team building. In its continuous development, Pengxiang has actively adapted to market demands, enhanced professional service capabilities, and gradually emerged in the industry.
