On July 24, Zhao Mingji, President of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and former Member of the Party Leadership Group and Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Finance, led a delegation to Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants (Ganzhou Branch) to conduct research on strengthening and optimising the industry’s practice environment, the development and cultivation of representatives from social sectors, and Party‑building guidance. Tong Qingguo, Member of the CICPA Party Committee and Deputy Party Secretary of the Industry, Hao Ruichao, Director of the United Front and Mass Work Department, Liu Wugen, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jiangxi Provincial Finance Department and Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Public Finance Service Centre, Xu Mingkun, Secretary‑General of the Jiangxi Provincial Institute of CPAs, and Diao Hongjin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Ganzhou Municipal Finance Bureau and Party Secretary of the Municipal CPA Industry, accompanied the research visit.

Upon arrival at Pengsheng Ganzhou Branch, President Zhao Mingji and his delegation were warmly welcomed by all staff. Accompanied by Comrade Zhong Zhaoquan, Party Branch Secretary, President Zhao first toured the office area, gaining a detailed understanding of the employees' working environment and business processes. He expressed appreciation for the branch's modern office facilities and efficient, orderly working atmosphere. During the visit, President Zhao had cordial conversations with staff, asking about the challenges they encountered in their daily work, and encouraged young employees to regard learning as the foundation for improving their competence, to study deeply and thoroughly, and to apply what they have learned.

During the subsequent research symposium, President Zhao Mingji carefully listened to the work report of Pengsheng Ganzhou Branch, learning in detail about our specific measures and achievements in business expansion, improving professional competence, building talent platforms, and Party‑building guidance for business development. After hearing the report, President Zhao fully affirmed our firm's proactive adaptation to market changes, continuous improvement of professional service capabilities, and talent development practices.
