On May 21, 2025, Liu Yanjie, Secretary‑General of the Liaoning Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Sun Hongjun, Secretary‑General of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Li Yibo, Director of the Training Department, visited Pengsheng Dalian Branch for research and guidance. Pengsheng Chief Partner Yang Buxiang, General Manager of the Group's Dalian Region Li Yongbin, Head of Liaoning Branch Dong Shufang, Deputy General Manager of the Group's Dalian Region Zhang Yuehong, Head of Dalian Branch Wang Lijun, and Assistant to the Chief Partner Zhao Yaqi attended the discussion.

Secretary‑General Liu Yanjie emphasised the importance of Party‑building in his speech, pointing out that industry development should be guided by Party‑building, deeply integrating Party work with business operations and giving full play to the political steering role of Party organisations. At the same time, he mentioned the profound impact of the Eight‑Point Regulation on industry conduct, stressing the need to strictly comply with regulations and maintain an honest and clean work style. When discussing training, Liu Yanjie emphasised that training is a key means to improve the overall quality and professional standards of the industry. Only through continuous professional training can industry practitioners better adapt to the evolving market environment and regulatory requirements.

Secretary‑General Sun Hongjun fully affirmed the development achievements of Pengsheng in recent years. He offered suggestions for Pengsheng's future development from multiple dimensions, emphasising that integrity building is the foundation of the industry – only by upholding integrity can firms win the lasting trust of clients and the market; partner culture construction relates to the cohesion and vitality of the firm, and requires fostering a positive, united, and collaborative partner culture; regarding internationalisation, Sun Hongjun believes Pengsheng should seize opportunities to enhance its international business capabilities and actively expand overseas markets; he also stressed the importance of mindset transformation, encouraging industry practitioners to constantly update their concepts and drive business growth with innovative thinking.
