Drawing on his practical experience of guiding 16 companies to successful listings, he systematically outlined the entire process of a US IPO from multiple perspectives including SPAC listings, financing models, and project screening criteria. He particularly emphasised that a sound equity structure, compliant operations, and robust governance are the fundamental guarantees for enterprises to access international capital markets.

During the roadshow segment, several representatives from Haihong Technology, the TKE project team, and Yingda Capital delivered presentations and Q&A sessions on power batteries, new energy, fund investment logic, and capital exit mechanisms, showcasing practical operations in valuation management, listing timing control, and financing pathways for mature projects.
