On the afternoon of March 20, 2025, Zhang Sufeng, President of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, led a delegation to visit and conduct research at United Plaza and Tongxin Building in Futian District, and held discussions with the heads of Pengsheng Firm, Xingyue Partnership, Chengxin Firm, Hongyi Firm, and Guangshen Firm. Yang Mei, Director of the Industry Party Affairs Office, Deputy Secretary of the Industry Discipline Inspection Commission, and Deputy Secretary‑General, along with directors and heads of relevant departments of the Secretariat, participated in the research and discussion.

President Zhang Sufeng first visited Xingyue Partnership, Chengxin Firm, Hongyi Firm, Guangshen Firm, and Pengsheng in person, and finally held a symposium in the meeting room of Pengsheng Firm. Yang Buxiang, Chief Partner of Pengsheng Firm, extended a warm welcome to President Zhang and her delegation, and gave a detailed introduction to Pengsheng's development history. Subsequently, Ma Zhensong, Audit Partner in charge of Hongyi Firm, Peng Zhaofu, Chief Partner of Xingyue Partnership, Chen Zhao, Head of Chengxin Firm, and Chen Shujun, Chief Partner of Guangshen Firm, respectively introduced their firms' operations, business expansion achievements, and future plans. Based on their own realities, the heads of each firm conducted in‑depth discussions on the opportunities and challenges currently facing the industry, and put forward a series of constructive suggestions on how to promote the high‑quality and sustainable development of Shenzhen's CPA industry. Their speeches covered business innovation, talent cultivation, market expansion, industry self‑discipline, and other aspects, providing valuable ideas for industry development.

After carefully listening to the speeches of each firm, President Zhang Sufeng acknowledged their development and put forward three requirements. First, embrace regulation to ensure steady and long‑term progress. She emphasised that industry regulation is an important cornerstone for safeguarding the healthy development of the industry, and all firms should proactively cooperate with regulatory work, strictly abide by laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure compliance in business activities, so as to achieve stable long‑term development. Second, have plans, visions, and confidence. She encouraged firms to base themselves on the present, look to the future, formulate clear development strategies and goals, and strengthen confidence to actively address various difficulties and challenges. Third, each firm should have its own characteristics and enhance competitiveness. She pointed out that in the increasingly fierce market competition, firms should highlight differentiated development, tap into their unique strengths, and build distinctive service brands to enhance their influence and market share in the industry.

This symposium facilitated the sharing and interaction of industry information. Through in‑depth exchanges, the firms further clarified the direction of industry development and consolidated a common understanding. It is believed that under the guidance of the Institute and with the joint efforts of all firms, the high‑quality and sustainable development of Shenzhen's CPA industry will be accelerated.
