On March 24, 2025, our senior partner Xu Ping was invited to participate in the "Tax Road · Smooth Sailing for Cross‑border E‑commerce" tax policy session, hosted by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Jimei District Taxation Bureau of Xiamen, and co‑organised by the Fujian E‑commerce Promotion Association and the Jimei International Cooperation Centre. Leveraging the "Tax Road" cross‑border tax service team and a dedicated working group for export enterprises, the event helped cross‑border e‑commerce exporters achieve compliant overseas expansion under tariff pressures and strengthened tax‑enterprise collaboration.

As an invited speaker, Xu Ping delivered a presentation titled "Analysis of Cross‑border E‑commerce Outbound Choices and Overseas Risk" for the attending cross‑border e‑commerce enterprises, covering e‑commerce development, industrial policies, tariffs, local tax policies, and risk compliance in key destination markets such as North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. She also provided case analyses and professional guidance on overseas equity structuring, business chains, capital flows, offshore account compliance, localisation restrictions, and associated risks, sparking a lively atmosphere at the event.

Our cross‑border professional team will continue to provide comprehensive support for enterprises' overseas expansion needs, offering professional assistance to help them achieve steady and long‑term success.
