Group partner Yu Shuyou extended a warm welcome to Dean Chen Wenwu and his delegation. Subsequently, heads of each business segment introduced their respective areas and elaborated on the current needs for university‑enterprise cooperation. Notably, the Group is also planning to establish talent centres in Hubei and Hunan provinces, aiming to further integrate regional talent resources, deepen cooperation with universities, and supply more outstanding professionals to the industry. This initiative provides broader scope for university‑enterprise collaboration.

In his subsequent remarks, Dean Chen Wenwu gave a comprehensive introduction to the university's basic profile, programme offerings, and talent cultivation model. Dean Chen pointed out that Wuhan Business University has always been committed to cultivating high‑quality applied talents that meet societal needs, and has accumulated rich teaching experience and quality educational resources, especially in the economics field. To deepen university‑enterprise cooperation, Dean Chen proposed a series of practical initiatives, including jointly publishing textbooks that integrate the latest industry trends and practical cases into teaching content, making the materials more relevant and forward‑looking; inviting industry mentors to teach on campus, enabling students to access cutting‑edge industry knowledge and hands‑on experience, thereby enhancing their professional competence and employability; and bringing enterprise pre‑employment training to the school, allowing students to adapt to the workplace environment in advance through simulated real‑world scenarios, achieving a seamless transition from campus to career.

The discussion was lively and fruitful, with both sides reaching consensus on multiple points, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation. It is believed that through the joint efforts of both parties, the university‑enterprise cooperation will yield substantial results, cultivating more outstanding talent for the tax and finance industry and promoting the sustained development of the sector.
