Bathed in Sanya Sunshine, Uniting Team Strength — The Shanghai Branch successfully held its October team-building activity.

Team building has always been a highly valued group activity of the Shanghai branch. After the haze of the pandemic has cleared, the Shanghai branch joyfully organized its annual travel team-building event, with Sanya’s picturesque scenery selected as the destination. The activity spanned five days, starting on October 25 and returning on October 29. This team-building activity aimed to relieve work pressure, help employees relax both physically and mentally, deepen mutual understanding among members, and build stronger collaborative synergy, while also conveying the leadership’s deep care and thoughtful attention to employees.

In the preparation stage, the Shanghai branch team worked together to carry out meticulous arrangements and careful planning. From the design of cultural T-shirts to the drawing of flags, from itinerary scheduling to the implementation of safety measures, every detail was carefully refined to ensure the smooth execution of the event.

On the first day of arrival in Sanya, the scenery along the way was refreshing and delightful. The leadership hosted a banquet and delivered warm toasts. Everyone sat together, laughing and chatting while enjoying delicious food and wine and admiring the beautiful underwater world, spending a joyful time together.

On the second day of the team-building activity, considering the diverse interests of everyone, a free exploration day was arranged so that participants could choose activities according to their preferences. As expected, team members formed small groups and enjoyed various activities: scuba diving at Wuzhizhou Island, visiting Nanshan Temple to pay respects to Guanyin, admiring yachts and sailboats at the marina, and riding speedboats to experience surfing and flying over the waves. Beyond free exploration, everyone also experienced the unique charm of southern coastal scenery.

On the third day, the group visited two 5A scenic spots: Binglang Valley and Yanuoda Tropical Rainforest. Departing at 8:30 a.m., they first traveled by bus to Sanya Binglang Valley, then proceeded to the Yanuoda Tropical Rainforest for sightseeing. In the evening, they returned to the hotel by bus and went to the Nanhai Li Village for dinner. The traditional Li ethnic cuisine was abundant and delicious, leaving a deep impression. Everyone sat together enjoying the food, toasting one another in a lively and harmonious atmosphere.

On the fourth day, shopping became an indispensable part of the team-building itinerary. Participants went to duty-free shops and supermarkets to purchase gifts and souvenirs, while some chose to continue visiting scenic spots in search of richer travel experiences. This carefully arranged day provided a more diverse experience for team members and left valuable and meaningful memories on the final day of the activity.

The fifth day was the return day, and the entire team-building trip concluded smoothly, safely, and pleasantly. During this event, everyone not only relaxed physically and mentally but also deepened mutual understanding and friendship.

This team-building activity was not only an unforgettable journey but also demonstrated the cohesion of the team and the care of the leadership. It injected new energy and momentum into the next stage of work. We look forward to achieving even greater success together as a team in the upcoming work.
