934 On June 29, 2023, the Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group's 2023 National Partner Conference was successfully held in Guiyang, offering a feast of ideas to all partners. All partners of Asia-Pacific Pengsheng gathered in Guiyang to discuss the future.
On the morning of June 29, all participants stood up under the host's guidance to sing the national anthem, and the conference officially commenced with a solemn choral performance of the national anthem.
Group Chairman and Chief Partner Yang Buxiang delivered a passionate opening speech, warmly welcoming partners from all over the country and overseas. He expressed sincere gratitude to all partners for their hard work over the past year and pointed out that with the rapid development of the country and the vigorous recovery of the economy, Asia-Pacific Pengsheng will embrace a broader stage while also facing more challenges. He hoped that all partners would work hand in hand, forge ahead bravely, and innovate to adapt to ever-changing market demands and client expectations. Chairman Yang's inspiring speech pointed the way forward for all partners and gathered strength for progress.
In the subsequent branch exchange session, the heads of four branches — Guo Ziwen of Guizhou Branch, Zhang Fanrong of Beijing Branch, Liu Min of Shanghai Branch, and Ke Shaolie of Chongqing Branch — shared their branch development status and future prospects for the head office from their own perspectives, generating more resonance among all partners regarding the common development goals.
Subsequently, the Group commended the branches that won the 2022 Outstanding Collective Award and Outstanding Progress Award. Representatives from each branch delivered their acceptance speeches, expressing that while achieving their own brilliance, they would contribute more to the Group's sustainable development.
On the afternoon of June 29, Chairman Yang Buxiang reported to all partners on the Group's work achievements in 2022, providing a comprehensive overview of the previous year's work, existing issues, and next steps. Subsequently, Ouyang Zhuo from the Quality Supervision Department, Chen Youliang from the Technical Training Department, and Zeng Wenjuan from the Finance Department gave detailed annual work reports for their respective departments.
On the morning of June 30, in line with the conference theme "Embracing International Challenges, Exploring New Development Opportunities," Singapore Branch Director Chen Songlin delivered an inspiring keynote speech titled "New Situation, New Opportunities, Setting Sail for Southeast Asia," outlining a new path for all partners to enter the international market. Hong Kong Branch Director Dr. Zheng Fading, with his profound knowledge and rich practical experience, shared the complete process of Hong Kong listing with the partners, providing valuable experience and insights.
On the afternoon of June 30, the conference entered a lively thematic discussion session. In the breakout room on the integrated development of Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants, partners discussed how to achieve business synergy and efficient operation by optimizing processes, strengthening communication and collaboration, and advancing digital transformation. Partners actively participated in the discussion, sharing their insights and experiences, and providing valuable suggestions and ideas for the integrated development of Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants.
In the breakout room on the listing plan of Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency, participants delved into the characteristics and challenges of tax agencies, analyzing key factors such as market environment, laws and regulations, and financial management, and provided actionable strategies for formulating an appropriate listing plan. Partners actively raised questions and exchanged ideas, discussing how to overcome difficulties in practice and achieve listing goals.
Before the conference concluded, Director Guo Ziwen of Guizhou Branch and Director Ge Fei of Yangzhou Branch jointly took the stage for an important handover ceremony, signifying that next year's national partner conference will be held in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. As a city with a long history and rich cultural heritage, we believe that next year's annual meeting in Yangzhou will bring more inspiration and rewards to all partners.
On July 1, after two days of exciting meetings, we welcomed the long-awaited team-building day. Coinciding with the Party's Founding Day, we visited the famous scenic spot Qingyan Town in Guiyang, unfurled the prepared bright Party flag, and took a group photo. The Party flag fluttered in the sunlight, symbolizing the united and striving spirit of Asia-Pacific Pengsheng. This moment was captured in the lens, becoming a shared memory and witnessing the determination and conviction of all Asia-Pacific Pengsheng people to stand together.
This national partner conference came to a successful conclusion in Guiyang. Through two days of conference exchanges and one day of team-building activities, we not only deepened the connections and cooperation among national partners, but also enhanced mutual understanding and recognition of the Group's development trends.
