Delegation of Heilongjiang CPA Association Visited Our Firm for Research & Exchange

On the afternoon of May 14, 2023, Feng Enkai, President of the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Huang Jianping, Vice President, visited our firm for research and exchange. Sun Hongjun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, accompanied the visit. Our firm's Chief Partner Yang Buxiang, Partners Zhu Yiping, Yuan Zuliang, Tang Yanyan, Quality Supervision Department Ouyang Zhuo, and Technical Training Department Chen Youliang participated in the research and discussion meeting. The meeting mainly focused on exchanges regarding the development of local firms, branch expansion, and business development.

Chief Partner Yang Buxiang first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute and gave a brief introduction to the firm's historical development and planning. Yang Buxiang believes that Shenzhen, as an important window for China's reform and opening-up, has always enjoyed an open and inclusive development environment and atmosphere. After introducing the firm's development stages, Yang Buxiang also shared relevant experiences in headquarters construction and branch expansion.

President Feng Enkai remarked after listening to the introduction that the research visit to Shenzhen had been highly rewarding. Before arriving at Pengsheng, the delegation had visited the Shenzhen Reform and Opening-up Exhibition Hall and was deeply impressed by the changes and achievements of Shenzhen over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up. As a firm that has grown and developed in Shenzhen, Pengsheng possesses the drive and determination to be a pioneer. President Feng stated that this research visit would have a positive impact on the development of the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The Institute will fully leverage its bridging role among firms and disseminate the valuable experience gained from this visit for study and reference.

The two sides also conducted in-depth discussions on various future cooperation models, expressing a shared aspiration to jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry.
