Delegation of Heilongjiang CPA Association Visited Our Firm for Research & Exchange

On April 12, 2023, Tian Xuelin, Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Pang Yingzhe, Director of the Office, visited our firm for research and exchange. Yang Mei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Li Yibo, Director of the Examination and Training Department, accompanied the visit. Group Chairman Yang Buxiang warmly received Secretary-General Tian Xuelin and his delegation.

Chairman Yang Buxiang extended a warm welcome to Secretary-General Tian Xuelin and his delegation, and accompanied them on a tour of Pengsheng's business departments, quality supervision department, Party building activity room, and other affiliated branches. During the visit, Chairman Yang briefly introduced Pengsheng's history, organizational structure, talent team, business development philosophy, as well as the current progress and highlights of the firm's integration and internationalization efforts.

Secretary-General Tian Xuelin stated that the main purpose of this visit was to learn about the development of accounting firms in South China. As the largest headquarters firm in the region, Pengsheng has rich development experience that can serve as a reference. He also gained a detailed understanding of Pengsheng's internal management, partner structure, and risk control systems. During the visit, which coincided with the peak season for annual audit reports, Secretary-General Tian also fully affirmed the standardization of the working papers submitted by our firm for review.

Both parties also engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on talent development, business growth, and resource integration, expressing a shared desire to maintain close contact, strengthen cooperation, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the CPA profession.
