      From April 14 to April 17, 2023, Yang Buxiang, Chairman of Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group and Chief Partner of Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants, led a delegation to Singapore to attend the Praxity Asia-Pacific Member Firm Meeting. During this international conference, we gathered with about 150 top finance and tax experts from 25 countries and regions around the world to discuss the latest international market trends, industry developments, technological innovations, and cooperation models. This served as an opportunity to expand Pengsheng's influence in the international peer market.

Chief Partner Yang Buxiang Visits for In-Depth Exchanges

    In April, Shenzhen was brimming with spring vitality; in the same month, Singapore was adorned with blossoming flowers. Personally planned by Chief Partner Yang Buxiang and executed by Singapore Branch Director and senior finance and tax expert Mr. Chen Songlin, Pengsheng International (Singapore) Certified Public Accountants was officially inaugurated in April this year.

    At noon on April 17, after attending the international conference, Chief Partner Yang Buxiang and his delegation, with great pleasure, visited the Singapore branch for inspection and research, and to extend greetings to all colleagues there. Director Chen Songlin of Pengsheng International (Singapore) led all colleagues in giving a warm welcome to Yang Buxiang and his delegation.

    As a long-time friend and respected peer of Chief Partner Yang Buxiang, Director Chen Songlin, drawing on his more than 20 years of experience as a professional immigrant in Singapore, has been engaged in modern high-end service industries such as finance, taxation, and consulting. He provided a detailed introduction to the characteristics and advantages of Singapore, a model cooperative country along China's Belt and Road Initiative, especially the high-level, high-quality bilateral friendly relations between China and Singapore.

    The passage of time records the footprints of the past, and new milestones serve as coordinates for future development. Director Chen Songlin introduced that his company currently has direct offices or cooperative relationships in mainland China, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Yangon (Myanmar), Bangkok (Thailand), and other places. They specialize in providing one-stop corporate solutions and services for Singaporean enterprises' outbound investment, foreign enterprises investing in Singapore, and investments through Singapore into Southeast Asian countries.

    Chief Partner Yang Buxiang pointed out that with the favorable wind, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's recent successful official visit to China has pushed bilateral relations to new heights. The official inauguration of Pengsheng International's Singapore branch during this period demonstrates Pengsheng's international vision and enterprising spirit as a Shenzhen headquarters firm. He also expressed the hope to invite the Singapore branch to attend the partner annual meeting to be held in the second half of the year, showcasing the demeanor of Pengsheng International's first branch. Director Chen Songlin immediately accepted the invitation and stated that he would lead a team to attend the annual meeting, making positive contributions to the headquarters' expansion into international markets.

    After the meeting, Director Chen Songlin led a tour of several historical buildings in Singapore.On the evening of April 17, Chief Partner Yang Buxiang and his delegation successfully completed all their tasks during the Singapore visit and flew back to Shenzhen.
