On the morning of November 17, 2020, the "Advanced Seminar on Tax Issues in Corporate Investment and Financing," hosted by the China Registered Tax Agents Association and organized by Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency Co., Ltd. and Asia‑Pacific Business School (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., commenced as scheduled in Shenzhen. Li Linjun, Vice President of the China Registered Tax Agents Association, Guan Yingjun, Director, and Yang Buxiang, Chairman of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency Co., Ltd., attended the opening ceremony. More than 130 key professionals from the tax agency industry across the country participated in the seminar. The seminar lasted for 3 days and invited 6 outstanding industry teachers to share their experience.

After the opening ceremony on the morning of the 17th, Li Linjun, Vice President of the China Registered Tax Agents Association, first shared the current state of the tax agency industry from a national policy perspective, and pointed out that the industry's development should be guided by the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session. In the afternoon, Lawyer Li Zhongliang used his extensive practical experience to explain corporate equity structure design and case analysis.

On the 18th, Dr. Fang Donglin, a taxation PhD, shared an interpretation of contemporaneous documentation policies and analysis of practical issues; Fan Guosheng, known in the investment banking circle as "Old Fan of Investment Banking," shared an interpretation of enterprise listing paths under the registration‑based IPO system. The participants were enthusiastic throughout the learning sessions, and the classroom atmosphere was lively. In the evening, the seminar on tax issues in corporate investment and financing organized by Yang Buxiang, Chairman of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng, brought the participants' interest to a climax.

On the morning of the 19th, Teacher Li Xiaohong, hailed by industry insiders as the "living dictionary of China's tax laws," delivered an analysis of difficult equity‑related tax issues and case studies; in the afternoon, Teacher Li Ming shared insights on risk control of corporate equity tax issues. Throughout the three‑day study, participants maintained a humble attitude and interacted with the teachers and other key professionals. In every session, the trainees were enthusiastic and asked questions actively; the teachers answered patiently based on their practical experience, and the trainees gained a great deal.

The three‑day training came to a successful conclusion. Shenzhen in November was pleasantly warm, with osmanthus fragrance in the air, and tax professionals gathered here, only to part ways again. Although the trainees were still eager for more of the teachers' wonderful lectures, learning has no end. It is hoped that all key professionals will take this training as an opportunity, maintain their motivation for learning, and devote themselves to work, study, and life with a lofty professional spirit.
