The two‑day meeting schedule was very tight – in the words of our lecturers, "quite brain‑burning" – but since it is not easy for everyone to gather from all over the country, after the first day's session, before even having dinner, the partners and directors launched a brainstorming session on the establishment of the [Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group Training Alliance].

During breaks, the teachers discussed equity planning cases together!

After the meeting, Zhang Jingcheng, Head of Fujian Branch, Lin Yibin, and Wang Jianjun, Deputy Head of Suzhou Branch, visited Qingdao Branch for further exchanges on training and joint coordination between the firms!

As a national finance and taxation group, Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency enjoys unique advantages. Each branch is a strong player in its own region, with a robust client base and resources. However, we also face challenges. How to fully leverage each branch's strengths, support each other within the group, and work together for mutual benefit is a shared expectation of every partner and director!
Training is now widely recognised as an excellent way to attract clients and promote the firm. Several branches within our group have already successfully built training systems and have benefited greatly from them. To enhance the overall momentum of the group, we reached a consensus to establish the "Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group Training Alliance" to empower all partners and branches within the group!

Now that we have the organisation, the next step is the product. As a tax consulting service provider, our primary clients are business owners. Compared with training companies that are strong in marketing, we have a more professional team of experts and practical, implementable solutions. Therefore, starting in 2021, we will focus our national training efforts on business owners, combining the strengths of one hundred tax agencies to jointly create the [Boss's Finance and Tax Class] series of courses!

We have more than one hundred tax agencies across the country. The larger the cross‑regional enterprise, the better we can demonstrate the true strength of our group. By carefully refining our training products and simultaneously polishing our consulting and implementation services, the nationwide promotion of the Boss course will certainly create momentum and empowerment for each of our firms. Each office across the country is like a small universe; through our own influence, we will ultimately propel Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group to new heights!
We are now recruiting outstanding lecturers from across the entire Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group. The topic can be any subject of interest to SME business owners, with a course duration of 3 hours. A [Lecturer PK Competition for the Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group Boss Course] is planned for February‑March 2021, from which 4‑8 lecturers will be selected to form the teaching team for the Boss course series, establish the curriculum, and refine the course materials. The Training Alliance management committee will also formulate marketing strategies and course schedules during the same period.
Let us work together, roll up our sleeves and strive for the same goal!
