Leaders from Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau and the Party Committee of the Shenzhen CPA Industry visited Pengsheng CPA Firm for research and guidance.

       Zeng Yuying, member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau and full‑time Secretary of the Municipal CPA Industry Party Committee, Mai Bingzhi, Secretary of the Municipal CPA Industry Party Committee, Liu Xuesheng, Secretary‑General of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Wu Weichen, First‑level Staff Member of the Accounting Department of the Municipal Finance Bureau, and Chen Shujun, Council Member of the Institute – a delegation of five people – visited the group's subsidiary, Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), for research and guidance.

        Then Zhang Mengting from Pengsheng introduced the firm's basic situation. As the first headquarters‑group accounting firm in Shenzhen, Pengsheng has developed rapidly, having established 33 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, and other cities, with operating performance rising significantly year by year.

       In response to the research outline, Group Chairman Yang Buxiang put forward relevant opinions and suggestions on behalf of Pengsheng. First, we hope government departments can provide talent support. Pengsheng is growing quickly and is in urgent need of professionals. In addition to our own efforts to recruit talent through various channels, we also hope relevant government departments can take measures to provide talent support. Second, we hope relevant Shenzhen government departments can give strong support to Pengsheng's business development, guiding and helping us to open up more high‑quality business channels. Third, we hope to receive support from government departments in terms of relevant policies.

       Under the guidance of the research group, the attending participants from Pengsheng continued to report on the research outline, offering opinions and suggestions. Partner Jiang Zi'an shared views on industry internationalization, talent development, and service improvement, noting that the path to internationalization for accounting firms is very difficult. Currently, Pengsheng has established branches in Hong Kong, China, and Canada, and is in the process of establishing branches in countries such as Israel. Regarding talent development, Pengsheng focuses on building a learning organization and has already cultivated learning teams and fostered a learning culture. Finance and tax IT expert Chen Haiqiang reported on industry informatization, stating that they are developing a specialized industry information software. Other participants also spoke actively, reflecting the voices of industry practitioners.

       Traveling light with simple arrangements and a cup of tea, they engaged in frank exchanges in a warm atmosphere. The research visit of the delegation from the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal CPA Industry Party Committee to Pengsheng successfully concluded after completing all agenda items. The participants and all colleagues of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group and Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants expressed heartfelt gratitude for the leaders' care and guidance. Everyone unanimously stated that they will remain true to their original aspirations, cherish and be grateful, continue to make persistent efforts, and strive to achieve even greater accomplishments.
