Recruitment Requirements

(I) Partner Requirements:

1. The partner must hold a practicing CPA, tax agent, or valuer qualification and work full‑time in an accounting firm, tax agency, or appraisal firm;

2. The partner must have at least 5 years of practice experience in an accounting firm, tax agency, or appraisal firm, and be under the age of 50;

3. The partner should have a certain track record of performance and strong communication and coordination skills;

4. No criminal record.

(II) Requirements for CPAs, Tax Agents, Asset Appraisers, Real Estate Appraisers, and Land Appraisers:

1. Hold a practicing CPA, tax agent, asset appraiser, real estate appraiser, or land appraiser certificate and work full‑time in an accounting firm, tax agency, or appraisal firm;

2. Candidates with multiple practice qualifications or financial management experience in large and medium‑sized enterprises are preferred;

3. No criminal record.
