Leaders of the Sichuan Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance conducted routine supervision and research at Pengsheng.

On August 14, 2025, a delegation led by Xu Luling, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Sichuan Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, visited Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants to conduct routine supervision and research. The two sides held in‑depth exchanges on the firm's risk assessment procedures, governance and leadership management, business development, technical standards, and other aspects of quality management system development, as well as the regulatory requirements for firms that have filed to engage in securities‑related services.

Yang Buxiang, Chief Partner of Pengsheng, introduced the firm's development history, business scope, and branch structure. Since its establishment in January 2005, Pengsheng has grown from initial exploration to steady development, consistently regarding quality management as the lifeline of the firm. The firm requires all employees to adhere to professional ethics, comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards, improve project execution quality, and promote the professionalisation, scaling, and branding of the firm.

Director Xu Luling conveyed the Ministry of Finance's requirements for daily supervision of accounting firms that have filed to engage in securities‑related services, emphasising the important role of the CPA profession in economic development. She noted that firms should raise their awareness, accurately position their mission, strengthen quality management and risk prevention mechanisms, strictly uphold professional ethics and independence requirements, and fulfil their role as "gatekeepers" for intermediaries. They should work together with regulatory authorities to promote high‑quality development of the CPA industry and safeguard the order of the market economy and public interest.

This research and discussion provided clear guidance for Pengsheng's future development and offered strong direction for further regulating the growth of the CPA industry.
