Advanced M&A Tax Seminar Successfully Completed

On the morning of October 26, 2021, the Advanced Seminar on Tax Issues in Enterprise M&A and Restructuring, hosted by the China Registered Tax Agents Association, commenced in Shenzhen. The seminar was organized by Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agency Co., Ltd. and Asia-Pacific Business School (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Li Xiaohong, General Manager of Asia-Pacific Pengsheng Jilin Branch and Head of the Lecturer Group of the Jilin Provincial Registered Tax Agents Association, presided over the opening ceremony. More than 150 high‑end tax professionals and relevant business backbone personnel attended the seminar.

Following the opening, a three‑day specialized training session was conducted, featuring five distinguished speakers. Li Linjun, Vice President of the China Registered Tax Agents Association, delivered an in‑depth lecture on "The Impact of Deepening Tax Collection and Administration Reform"; Li Xiaohong, General Manager of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Jilin Branch, shared "Analysis of Difficult Tax Issues in Corporate Equity and Case Studies"; Fang Donglin, Senior Partner of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng, lectured on "Tax Planning for M&A, Restructuring, and Asset Transfers"; Fan Guosheng, from the investment banking sector, explained "Listing Paths for Enterprises under the Registration‑based IPO System"; and Chen Shiqiang, a seasoned industry expert, taught "Equity Structure Design and Tax Planning for Pre‑IPO Companies."

The joint training for high‑end industry talents focused on macro‑level industry trends and hot‑topic, key areas, while also facilitating exchanges, sharing, and interactions among participants. On the evening of October 27, Yang Buxiang, Chairman of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Finance and Taxation Group, and Li Xiaohong, General Manager of Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng Jilin Branch, co‑hosted a business development seminar for the participants.

Since 2017, when Asia‑Pacific Pengsheng was designated by the China Registered Tax Agents Association as the only capital‑market tax training base in South China, it has continuously organized and hosted multiple advanced tax seminars for five consecutive years.
